We understand your time is valuable and we hope we never have to cancel your class.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a class you will, of course, receive a full refund or full credit to the next available class.
 
 
 

If You Need to Cancel

Regular scheduled SVOP, SDVBS and ROCM courses – 
If you have to cancel a class you are registered for, please let us know as soon as possible, we will issue you full refund (or reschedule) as long as you let us know at least 5-days before the course starts. No refund if you cancel with less than 5-days notice.
 
BootCamp courses – 
• Online Bootcamp bookings (paid by credit card or email transfer at time of booking) – Full refund or reschedule, if you cancel at least 30-days before the course starts. If you cancel less than 30-days and more 7-days before the course, we will issue you a refund less a 50% cancellation fee. No refund if you cancel less than 7-days before the course starts.
• Other Bootcamp bookings (for our repeat clients) – Datum invoices for payment – We require a 50% deposit to secure a spot in a Bootcamp course. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 30-days before the course starts. No deposit refund if you cancel with less than 30-days notice.

If you fail to show up for the class regretfully we cannot issue any refund or credit.
