Datum Marine Services Ltd runs regular SVOP, SDVBS (MEDA3) and ROCM courses in the Fraser Valley, in Abbotsford at St John Ambulance 2120 Paramount Crescent #5, Abbotsford, BC V2T. There is free parking close-by. Abbotsford is a convenient location if you are travelling from anywhere in the Fraser Valley, Surrey and also the interior of BC. 

There are many hotels close-by, we recommend Best Western Plus Regency Inn & Conference Centre . There are plenty of options for lunch close-by.
